The Youth Center is for any fifth- through eighth-grade students living in the Plymouth School District. Community Ed & Rec staff and instructors provide a daily enrichment program for students who are interested in participating, including simple meals, relaxation, recreation, team building and crafts. It's also a safe place to hang out with friends, or to play games including pool, ping pong and foosball.
Offers snacks and beverages, and a recreational and social atmosphere. Stop in for a bite in the food service area, which is open to everyone. The recreation area in the back is open to Kohler students who will be entering Grade 6 in fall 2015 and older. Always free WiFi!
As part of the Salvation Army, The Light gives kids and teens a safe place to do homework, have fun with friends, be mentored, or just hang out. The space features a newly built stage and projector screen, an assortment of games including a pool table and foosball, space for art projects, computer area for homework, snack shop and lounge loft with couches and a TV. Kids 7 & up are welcome!
