There’s nothing quite like trick-or-treating down your own street. Heading out into your own neighborhood, you already have the route memorized, and probably have a few key houses to make sure to stop at. The camaraderie gives everyone a chance to get in the Halloween fun and see some familiar faces around the block.
But sometimes exploring elsewhere can be just as fun!

Sheboygan – October 21, 22, 23 & Oct 28, 29, 30
Experience Bookworm Gardens at night as thousands of twinkling lights illuminate the gardens for two weekends of not-so-scary fun! They’re adding even more lights this year, so every nook and cranny of the garden will be glowing. Come dressed in costume, and be ready for trick-or-treating fun at different stations throughout the garden. There’s always a few surprises along the trail!
Sheboygan – October 22
Dress up in your spookiest costume and trick-or-treat through the Above & Beyond Children’s Museum, packed with magical science experiments, spooky crafts, face painting, pumpkin decorating, wicked snacks and more!

The Dominion of Terror Trick-or-Treat Matinée will feature the normal lights on and there will be no monsters present, but instead there will be a friendly Jaycee, handing out candy in each room. After the Matinée, families have the option of attending Munch with Monster. Munch with Monster is a fun craft area where children can make 3-4 crafts, play games, and eat a special treat. They also can pose for a picture with Frankenberry, a friendly monster who loves hugs!
And again this year we will have our gigantic blow up Pumpkins, which makes for a cute picture with the family.
Manitowoc - October 22
Join the Manitowoc County Historical Society for a spooky, sometimes scary, event at Pinecrest Village as we celebrate the immigrant legends that were brought to Wisconsin and the folklore we created here at home. Take part in a game of Snap-Apple, hear stories from the Grimm Brothers over a campfire, assist the grave digger, and take part in various crafts and puzzles. Visitors are encouraged to dress in costume and “trick or treat” throughout our village.
Howards Grove - October 27
Join us for this super fun, non scary Halloween event. Free Trick or Treating, a magic show, and a “scary room” to walk through for older children!
Manitowoc - October 28
Visit the Manitowoc Public Library for their Halloween open house! Come in costume if you like! Everyone receives a treat.
Manitowoc - October 28
Join us for this Free family-friendly evening of costumes, stories, and crafts and trick or treating in the Rahr-West Mansion!
Plymouth - October 29
You are invited to Atrium Health’s Senior Living fun fall event! Crafts, trick-or-treating, food and games for the entire family. Atrium participates in the Teal Pumpkin Project to welcome all families with food allergies.
Kohler - October 29 & October 30
Only in our neck of the woods can we combine bathtubs with Halloween fun! Dress up in your best costumes and enjoy this family-fun Halloween party featuring trick-or-treating, seasonal crafts, games, and more.
Manitowoc - October 29
Head out to the Lincoln Zoo for this trick or treating event that will have fun activities for the whole family. Refreshments, games and trick-or-treat surprises will also be available during this howling good time!
Manitowoc - October 29
Downtown Halloween fun for the whole family! The perfect alternative for the younger kids and a great way for moms & dads to warm up between stops. All participating businesses will have a Jack-o-lantern poster in their window, so you’ll know where to pop in for a treat! (that might even be some goodies for the grown-ups!)
Adell - October 29 The annual Halloween Party will be held at the Adell Firehouse with free admission! All children up to 6th grade can enter in the costume judging. Lots of fun, games and treats will be up for grabs!
Kiel - October 30
Join us for Halloween fun at the Kiel Middle School! Games and activities, including a magic show, live creepy critters, a photo booth, air brush tattoos, and a costume parade in the gym!

Join us after trick-or-treating at Neshotah Park for a spooky fun time complete with a costume contest, candy find, games, hot chocolate & a HUGE bonfire! Free fun for all!
