This is the LAST WEEKEND before Christmas. . . yes, you read that right! Just one more weekend of holiday fun before Christmas week. Yikes! Next weekend may be all about family visiting, traveling, and celebrating the holidays at Grandma’s house. So this weekend, it’s time to soak up the local festive fun to keep us in the holiday spirit.

Seeing Santa

Still haven’t seen Santa? Or did you miss something on your wishlist that he needs to know? Santa is popping up all over this weekend, eating pancakes, joining Mrs. Claus in giving away raffles and gifts at the dentist’s, ready for pictures among the poinsettias at a nursery - you can even skate with Santa at the rink! Don’t forget to illuminate your holidays with the dazzling holiday light shows that are also running all weekend long listed here. The best part is staying warm and cozy in your own car!

125th Anniversary & Open House-Two Rivers

The first library in Two Rivers opened its doors on December 17, 1891. We think it’s time to celebrate! Drop by Lester Library for cake, trivia scavenger hunts, memorabilia displays, behind-the-scene tours, story times…and did we mention cake? Open to all. No registration required. Activities all day long. Free.

Kohler Snowball 5K Run/Walk-Kohler

Kick off your holiday week with a frosty morning 5K run or walk through the festively decorated streets of Kohler. Participants receive an inaugural Snowball Run/Walk long-sleeved t-shirt, gift bag and pre- and post-race refreshments, plus a portion of your entry fee benefits the United Way of Sheboygan County.

Holiday Make & Take-Sheboygan

Enjoy making a variety of fun, personalized gifts at Above and Beyond Children's Museum and then wrap them up in a decorative bag for the kids to give to someone they love for Christmas this year! General museum admission applies and some gifts cost extra.

Holiday Art Time-Sheboygan

Have fun at the John Michael Kohler Art Center making holiday gifts, wrappings, and greeting cards for your friends and family. Ages birth to 6.

Family Yoga Series-Sheboygan

Come experience the joy of yoga at Maywood while practicing with your family. Classes with themes centered around nature, wellness, gratitude, and awareness will be offered. Play and creative expression will be included. Children ages 5-12 are most appropriate with any adult family members. Pre-registration is required.

Holiday Cookies for Kids-Sheboygan

Put together a little flour, butter, sugar, egg, and a few other key ingredients, add a lot of love and laughter, and what do you get?A warm kitchen, mouthwatering aromas, and tasty treats to satisfy your sweet tooth! Have fun at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center with whimsical chef Marilyn Montemayor! Ages 8 - 14

Santa Fun-Day-Sheboygan Falls

Parents, do you need time to catch up on your holiday shopping? Send the kids to Camp Y-Koda to visit with Santa Claus and participate in holiday craft making, sledding and other winter activities. Santa Claus himself will be stopping by for a big pancake brunch with the children. Milk and fruit will also be provided. Children must be dropped off and picked up at camp.
