Tri-County Kids focuses on all are family events and activities from birth - 12 years old. Check out the area fun for all the age groups!

This week there's plenty of Irish fun for you and your lucky charms, from donning your green and joing the Irishman Walk, to searching for leprechauns and a magical treat, to dancing an Irish jig with live Irish music, to capping it all off with a Fireworks show over the water!

In-between all the festive fun, enjoy an indoor picnic supper all about Pi, make memory boxes, try your hand (or hips!) at a beginner's hula-hoop class, and enjoy a scrumptious stack of pancakes drenched in fresh, pure maple syrup!

Monday, March 13

Coloring Club Random Lake

Ages: 10

6:00 - 7:00pm

Coloring club for adults, teens, and kids ages 10 and up at Lakeview Community Library! Relax, color, and de-stress, either alone, with friends, or with your family.

Tinker Time Sheboygan

Ages: Open to all ages, but children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

5:00 - 7:00 pm

Drop in at the Makerspace at the Mead Library for self-guided tinker time. Craft some cards, paint a picture, bead a bracelet, sew a circuit, or print in 3D! You are only limited by your imagination. Supplies and equipment will be available for use, but feel free to bring your own.

Beginner's Hula Hoop Class Sheboygan

Ages: Little hula hoopers 8-11 years

4:45 - 5:30pm

Presented by Sheboygan Community Recreation Department, this class is for body” basic hoop dance moves and builds into more fun, creative and challenging tricks! Not only is this class fun, it is great exercise as well! All hoops will be provided.

Family Activity Night Manitowoc

Ages: All

6:30 - 7:00pm

Be a FAN of the Manitowoc Public Library, as parents and children participate together in a variety of activities including stories, movies, art projects and special guests. This week, join the certified therapy dogs. Each Family Activity Night lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Storybook Village Winter Series – Manitowoc

Especially designed for our youngest visitors, Pinecrest Historical Village's Storybook Village programs will be held Wednesday afternoons. Stop by the Village to explore a fun book and, take a small tour, take part in an activity, and enjoy a snack. Regular admission prices apply.

Q's Rainbow Magic March – Two Rivers

Wear green (or your jammies) and head to Lester Library to search for leprechauns and find a magical treat with Two Rivers School District Administrator Lisa Quistorf. No registration required. Fun for the whole family!

Make it & Take it! - Kiel

Drop in for some crafting fun at the Kiel Public Library! Need a place to store all that Irish gold you’re going to find at the end of the rainbow this week? Or maybe your trinkets and treasures need a creative keeping place? Design your own memory box! Supplies provided, along with helpers. Come in for fun projects.

Junior Chefs Two Rivers

This week starts a month-long Junior Chefs Series provided by Manitwoc! Put on your chef’s hat and join us for Junior Chefs! Irishman's Walk Plymouth

Ages: All Ages


This festive annual parade will depart from Family Video at 10:00 a.m. Participants will walk to 52 Stafford for festivities including Irish food, song and spirits. Live music includes Drowsy Maggies performing from 11:00 – 3:00 p.m., and the Scrubbers performing from 8:30 – 11:00 p.m. The public is encouraged to join in the walk. Don’t forget to wear green!

St. Patrick's Day Parade & Fireworks Manitowoc

Ages: All Ages


Put on your green and follow the rainbow Downtown for this yearly tradition! Irish Fellowship Club are excited to announce the 19th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place in downtown Manitowoc. Fireworks will follow immediately after the parade east of the 8th Street Bridge.

Fitness Fun for the Whole Family! Chilton

Ages: All Ages


Free! For the Whole Family! Get your body moving at the Chilton Public Library! This drop-in program is filled with fun, and plenty of movin’ and groovin’. No experience necessary. Follow Miss Olivia's energetic lead as we work out to a dance DVD- it’s much more fun working out as a group! The class will be about an hour long and feature music and dance styles such as: salsa, merengue, mambo, samba, hip hop and tango. Drop in on!

Sleigh Ride Weekend! Greenbush

Ages: All Ages

10:30am - 3:30pm

Wade House guests take a joyful sleigh ride through the snow. Guests will be invited to climb aboard a horse-drawn sleigh for a ride horse-drawn sleigh rides will be offered every thirty minutes from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm on Saturdays and from 11:30 am – 3:30 pm on Sundays. Weather permitting.

Maple Syrup Sunday Chilton
