Time to put a spring in your step, since the season is officially here! Not feeling so green just yet? There are plenty of activities this week to knock your woolen socks off and get you ready to slip into sandals, er…well, at least sneakers instead!
Bounce right into fun by hopping over to activities that anticipate the arrival of that springtime superstar – the Easter Bunny. Get the celebration started with a few different craft projects, from handmade Easter cards to painting eggs using Ukrainian folk designs.
Need something a little more geared to less delicate hands? Head to the Lego Club and show off your imaginative creations.
Feeling hungry? Enjoy some scrumptious meals out while also supporting your local community – think plates of oodley – noodley spaghetti goodness or a good ol’ fashioned Fish Fry.

Held at the Generations Intergenerational Center, Share your skills or learn a new game or activity, such as chess, sheepshead, Ping-Pong, pool, Wii, dart ball, pickle ball or board games. Outdoor activities such as bocce ball, pickle ball, kickball, and horseshoes may also be enjoyed. Feel free to bring your own favorite board game, but no electronics please.
The Horizons4Girls therapy dog, Faith, will be available for children to read to her at Mead Public Library. Faith is a “Teddy Bear” dog, a Shih Tzu/ Bichon Frise mix. Children of all ages may drop in and meet Faith and read her a story.
Especially designed for our youngest visitors, Pinecrest Historical Village'sStorybook Village programs will be held Wednesday afternoons. Stop by the Village to explore a fun book and, take a small tour, take part in an activity, and enjoy a snack. Regular admission prices apply.

Little Naturalists is lead by Plymouth district nutrition & wellness coordinator Carrie Caselton Lowe at Meyer Nature Park. Little Naturalists intends to create space for families to explore, discover, and connect to nature with their little ones.The sessions will begin with organized activities and end with unstructured play to let nature be the guide.Come rain or shine, so please dress appropriately. We expect to get dirty! Canceled only in extreme weather.
Join in our newest art party adventure at Seranya Studios Art Boutique. Each month we'll introduce something new - from small canvas triptychs (3 piece paintings) to pallet painting art and more! Crafternoons is a creative making program at Chilton Public Library. Learn how to make pysanky, or Ukrainian Easter eggs. Pysanky eggs are decorated with traditional Ukrainian folk designs using a wax-resist method.
Celebrating 50 years of storytelling magic! Special guests at Lester Library, the Hatrack Storytellers, will share stories through Reader’s Theater. Storytelling at its finest; you won’t want to miss it! For children of all ages and their families. No registration required.
Held at Above and Beyond Children’s Museum, you can make an explosion, build a volcano, send a rocket soaring or race off a ramp during our Sunday programs where you’ll investigate, question and play your way through amazing experiments that explore your world.

We will be serving macaroni and cheese along with a dessert while you sit back and relax to watch a family friendly motion picture.
