Concerts are held throughout the summer in the Kiel City Park on Wednesday nights. All Kiel City Park Concerts are free of charge and open to the public! They are held on the Kiel Municipal Band memorial bandstand, beginning at 7 p.m. In case of inclement weather, the concerts are moved to the Kiel City Hall second floor auditorium. Free.

2017 Kiel Public Library Summer Reading ProgramPresented by Traveling Lantern Theatre Company!Soon after their lovely insect nuptials Mr. and Mrs. Ribble are expecting a baby Ribblet, and they need a new home for their family! Mr. Ribble wants a to go big with a four grasshopper garage, but Mrs. Ribble convinces him to build a dream home that is more environmentally and neighborhood friendly. By playing interactive games and discovering basic building techniques the audience will help draw a groundplan while Thia Tweet the bird architect and Gerry the Ant Contractor from Brooklyn assist the Ribbles in building a new home for a better world!
